Frequently Asked Questions

How much does it cost?
We quote for each client individually to ensure you get the best possible offer. Our estimated cost depends on your location, type of the cleaning required, size of the house/office, intensity of the cleaning, etc.  All our prices include VAT so there is no hidden cost.

How soon can I get a cleaner?
We usually require just a 24 hour notice for all one-off cleaning services and 48 hour notice for regular cleaning. Yet, if you need an emergency cleaning service for the same day, we will see what can be done!

How do I pay for the service?
We accept all payment methods including online transfers, card payments over the phone, standing order (regular services), cheque or cash. You choose how you would like to pay.

Will I get the same cleaner every time?
Yes, your house/office will be cleaned by the same reliable and hardworking person every time.

What if I am not satisfied with my cleaner?
You don’t need to worry; we can guarantee 100% satisfaction. Yet, if for any reasons, you would like to get a different cleaner, we will replace her immediately.

Do I need my own cleaning products?
It depends on the cleaning you require. We only ask our regular clients to supply their own materials for the cleaning service. We can provide you with a list of the preferred products if you are not sure what to get. If you only require one-off deep clean, we will provide all the cleaning products and equipment.

Do I have to sign a contract for regular service?
We only ask you to sign the contract once you tried our services and are fully satisfied. You don’t have to tie up with the service for a long-term.

Can I cancel my services any time?
We will be very sorry to see you leaving us but yes, if you feel that you no longer require a cleaner, just let us know and we will stop the service immediately.

Can I reschedule my regular cleaning?
Of course, just let us know in advance and we will send your regular cleaner at the next required date.

Do I need to be at home when my cleaner comes?
That depends on you. You can either stay at home to let her in or you can pass the keys to her and she will be letting her in on her own. There’s no need to worry, all the cleaners are fully vetted and reliable so your keys will be in very good hands!

What is the earliest and the latest the cleaner can start?
Usually our cleaners start their jobs at 9 am and work till 5:30 pm but some of them are happy to work in the evenings. Generally, the times are based on the clients’ requests.

Will my cleaner do any additional jobs?
Yes, all our cleaners can do ironing, laundry, windows cleaning or oven cleaning. Yet, she will need some additional time to complete the extra job. Just let us know in advance what there is to be done and we will sort that out for you.

What if the cleaner breaks something in my house?
We don’t think that will happen but please keep in mind that our cleaners are fully insured so any problems of this nature will be acted upon immediately.

What areas do you cover?
We cover the whole area of Southampton but if you live further outside the town, please let us know what your address is and we will check if it is possible to send a cleaner to your place.

How are the carpets/upholsteries cleaned?
The carpets are cleaned with the use of a special machine which applies the product on the surface and then sucks it in together with the dirt. The carpets are usually damp for about 24 hours after the cleaning.

How long does it take to clean a carpet?
The time of the cleaning depends on the size of the rooms but usually it takes around 20-30 minutes per room, corridor or staircase.
